What is a searing burner used for on a gas barbecue grill? - nexgrill searing burner

I bought a Costco Nexgrill gas as a replacement for the aging and rusty Sunbeam gas grill. You do not have much choice at Costco, but often a good value for money.

In any case, the new grill will be on fire with a separate rotisserie burner and burner. The burner of the grill makes sense, but what is the hot burner used. Is it "grab" start something, then grilled main beef? How long? Why? What is the difference between something sharp and just the grill?

It took an important source of information then I will answer the technical question. The hot burner, you can do exactly this: extending a dark caramelized flavor meat before cooking the main gate. The main screen provides constant, even heat distribution. The hot burner provides the outbreak of the "power", the constant "Glow" never "could" burn the meat. It's just another of the evidence in its arsenal to get the most out of your team for the tastiest results.
